【摘要】:二氧化碳CO2(Carbon Dioxide, CO2)是海洋中重要的溶解气体之一,它在海洋生物地球化学循环、沉积的早期成岩作用和海洋生态系统环境演化作用中都扮演着极其重要的角色。沉积物-海水界面的溶解二氧化碳变化量的观测对于底栖生物的生物活动以及海底成矿作用具有重要影响,但是由于缺乏合适的探测手段,人类对于沉积物-海水界面溶解二氧化碳的动态变化过程缺少精确的数据资料,进而影响了通过海底-水界面二氧化碳的变化对全球变化进行充分的认识。 本文对目前国内外溶解二氧化碳的海洋原位传感技术进行了评述,针对目前原位溶解二氧化碳两维空间变化监测方面使用主要方法所存在的不足,进行了平面二氧化碳光极的探索研究,利用物理包埋的方法将荧光指示剂HPTS(8-羟基芘-1,3,6-三磺酸三钠盐)包埋在聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯-co-乙二醇二乙酸酯高分子膜框架中,通过在碳酸氢钠缓冲溶液中浸泡、然后采用硅膜封装等工艺制备成溶解二氧化碳平面传感膜。在实验室内对平面传感膜的性能进行了评估实验,实验结果表明所制备平面光极与溶解二氧化碳含量具有良好的相关性,测量响应时间约为2-3分钟,显示出良好的重复性和精度,在0°C-30°C温度变化范围内具有良好的稳定性。利用所制备的传感膜,结合工业数字相机对构建了底栖溶解二氧化碳原位观测实验系统,进行了沉积物中溢出二氧化碳气体的泄露模拟观测试验,,验证了平面光极在溶解二氧化碳动态变化过程监测应用的可行性。
[Abstract]:Carbon dioxide CO2(Carbon dioxide (CO2) is one of the most important dissolved gases in the ocean, which plays an important role in the marine geochemical cycle. The early diagenesis of sediments and the environmental evolution of marine ecosystems play an extremely important role. The observation of the amount of dissolved carbon dioxide at the sediment-seawater interface is of great importance to benthos and the sea. The bottom mineralization has important influence. However, due to the lack of appropriate means of detection, there is a lack of accurate data on the dynamic process of dissolved carbon dioxide in the sediment-seawater interface. It also affects the understanding of the global change through the change of carbon dioxide at the bottom-water interface. In this paper, the ocean in-situ sensing technology of dissolved carbon dioxide at home and abroad is reviewed, and the shortcomings of the main methods in monitoring the two-dimensional spatial variation of dissolved carbon dioxide in situ are pointed out. The planar carbon dioxide photoelectrode was studied, and the fluorescence indicator HPTS- 8-hydroxypyrene-1 (HPTS- 1 + 3) was studied by means of physical entrapment. 6-trisulfonic acid trisodium salt) was embedded in the framework of poly (hydroxyethyl methacrylate) -co- (ethylene glycol) diacetate polymer membrane and soaked in sodium bicarbonate buffer solution. Then the dissolved carbon dioxide planar sensing film was prepared by silicon film encapsulation and the performance of the planar sensing film was evaluated in the laboratory. The experimental results show that the planar photoelectrode has a good correlation with the content of dissolved carbon dioxide, and the response time is about 2-3 minutes, showing good repeatability and accuracy. It has good stability in the temperature range of 0 掳C-30 掳C. an in situ observation system of dissolved carbon dioxide in benthos has been constructed by using the sensing film and the industrial digital camera. A simulated observation of the leakage of carbon dioxide in sediments was carried out to verify the feasibility of the application of the planar photopolar monitoring in the process of dynamic change of dissolved carbon dioxide.
