串列加热式增湿除湿海水淡化系统的实验研究

【摘要】:对一种串列式多级加热增湿除湿型太阳能海水淡化装置进行了稳态实验测试,介绍了三级装置的结构和工作过程。选用多孔球作为填充材料来提升蒸发器的传质过程。通过改变不同喷淋温度、进水流量和空气流率等控制参数,研究了不同运行参数下的系统性能。实验结果表明,在实验给定参数范围内,随着进水流量和喷淋温度的增加产水量增加。当运行温度90℃、进水流量为2 t/h,产水量达到182.47 kg/h。在运行温度达到85℃时,性能系数能达到最大值2.65。单位装置体积的产水量达到22kg/(m~3h)。单级加热的性能系数最高达2.27。通过实验发现,串列式多级加热型增除湿海水淡化技术仍有很大的提升空间。
[Abstract]:A series of multi-stage heating and dehumidifying solar desalination system for seawater desalination was tested in steady state. The structure and working process of the three-stage plant were introduced. The mass transfer process of evaporator was enhanced by using porous ball as filling material. The control parameters such as different spray temperature, influent flow rate and air flow rate were changed. The performance of the system under different operating parameters is studied. The experimental results show that the water production increases with the increase of influent flow rate and spray temperature in the range of given experimental parameters, and the operating temperature is 90 鈩,
