山东东部近海海域海洋生物稀土元素分布模式

【摘要】:为全面了解海洋生物体内稀土元素的分配模式,采用ICP-MS测定山东东部近海海域主要海洋生物体内稀土元素含量,浓度范围为30.17μg·kg~(-1)~807.33μg·kg~(-1),其中蓝点马鲛(Scomberomorus niphonius)牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)刀额新对虾(Metapenaeus ensis)疣荔枝螺(Thais clavigera)刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)贻贝(Mytilidae)海带(Laminaria japonica);7种海产品均明显富集轻稀土,轻重稀土的比值在3.6~51.7之间,底栖鱼类对轻稀土的富集性最大;7种海洋生物稀土含量经北美页岩标准化后,基本都呈近似平坦而略有轻稀土富集的分布趋势,即海洋生物对稀土元素的利用遵从丰度规律;南北方海域水体中稀土浓度相差不大,平均值为0.75μg·kg~(-1)~15.06μg·kg~(-1),水体pH为7.54~8.14,同一海域,藻体中稀土元素含量与pH呈负相关。
[Abstract]:In order to fully understand the distribution model of rare earth elements in marine organisms, ICP-MS was used to determine the contents of rare earth elements in the main marine organisms in the eastern coastal waters of Shandong Province. The concentration range is 30.17 渭 g 路kg~(-1)~807.33 渭 g 路kg ~ (-1), in which Scomberomorus niphonius (Paralichthys olivaceusus)) Metapenaeus olivaceus.) (Thais clavigera) (Apostichopus japonicus)) Laminaria japonica (7 species of marine products are obviously enriched in light rare earths, the ratio of light and heavy rare earths is between 3.66 and 51.7. The enrichment of light rare earth elements in benthic fish is the greatest. After the standardization of North American shale, the rare earth contents of seven species of marine life are almost flat and slightly enriched, that is, the utilization of rare earth elements by marine life obeys the law of abundance. The concentrations of rare earth elements in the waters of the north and south of China were similar, the average value was 0.75 渭 g 路kg~(-1)~15.06 渭 g 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1), and the pH value of the water was 7.54 ~ 8.14. In the same sea area, the content of rare earth elements in algae was negatively correlated with pH.
