【摘要】：为了提升海洋生物资源的开发能力,推进海洋强国的建设,中国工程院于2011年启动了"中国海洋生物资源工程与科技发展战略研究"重大咨询课题研究。课题从海水养殖、资源养护、远洋渔业、质量安全与加工流通、海洋药物与生物制品五个重要领域开展咨询调查研究,系统分析研究了发展现状、趋势和战略需求,提出了多层面地开发利用海洋生物资源的"养护、拓展、高技术"三大发展战略和推进蓝色海洋生物产业"可持续、安全、现代工程化"发展的三大战略目标及其任务,建议国家优先启动"蓝色海洋食物开发工程"和"蓝色海洋药物与生物制品关键技术开发工程"两个重点研发专项。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the development of marine living resources and promote the construction of a powerful marine power, the Chinese Academy of Engineering launched the "China Marine living Resources Engineering and Science and Technology Development Strategy Research" in 2011. The subject carried out consulting investigation and research in five important fields: mariculture, resource conservation, pelagic fishing, quality safety and processing circulation, marine drugs and biological products, and systematically analyzed the current situation, trends and strategic requirements of the development. The three development strategies of "conservation, expansion and high technology" for the development and utilization of marine living resources in a multidimensional manner and the three strategic objectives and tasks of promoting the development of "sustainable, safe and modern engineering" of the blue marine biological industry are put forward. It is suggested that the national priority should be to launch two key R & D projects, "Blue Marine Food Development Project" and "Blue Marine Drug and Biological products key Technology Development Project".
