知识云服务引导下的海洋经济可持续发展研究

【摘要】：海洋经济的可持续发展受到海洋生态环境、经济效益、海洋资源及各国的法律体系等一系列因素影响,各个因素之间相互交错,形成一个庞大的复杂系统。由于数据处理效率及科学计算等技术限制,传统的海洋经济发展只研究单一因素模型,缺乏整体系统的研究。随着云计算及大数据处理技术发展,系统的整体研究成为可能。本文研究传统海洋经济各模型,建立知识云服务引导下的数学模型,并运用系统分析方法进行定性和定量分析。
[Abstract]:The sustainable development of marine economy is influenced by a series of factors, such as marine ecological environment, economic benefits, marine resources and legal systems of various countries. Because of the technical limitation of data processing efficiency and scientific calculation, the traditional marine economic development only studies the single factor model, and lacks the research of the whole system. With the development of cloud computing and big data processing technology, it is possible to study the whole system. In this paper, the traditional marine economic models are studied, and the mathematical models under the guidance of knowledge cloud services are established, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis are carried out by using the system analysis method.
