自然通风海水冷却塔飘滴的环境影响监测研究

【摘要】:对某厂自然通风海水冷却塔引起的盐沉积进行了4次现场监测。结果表明,盐沉积量与风向和风频密切相关,盐沉积量最大值出现在主导风下风处,盐沉积量在主导风向随距离增大然后持续衰减。盐沉积量厂内监测最大值为10.4 g/(m2·月),厂外监测最大值为1.46 g/(m2·月),超过相关规定值,需要对海水冷却塔飘水率进行控制。
[Abstract]:The salt deposition caused by natural ventilation seawater cooling tower in a factory was monitored for 4 times. The results show that the amount of salt deposition is closely related to wind direction and wind frequency. The maximum amount of salt deposition appears in the wind under the dominant wind, and the salt deposition increases with the distance and then continues to decay. The maximum value of salt deposition is 10.4 g / (m ~ 2 / m ~ 2) in plant and 1.46 g / (m ~ 2 / m ~ 2) outside the plant, which exceeds the relevant value, so the floating rate of seawater cooling tower should be controlled.
