海洋柔性立管防弯器设计研究

【摘要】:随着海洋柔性立管的广泛使用,防弯器作为立管应用的关键附属构件,是我国开发深水油气资源必不可少的装备之一。对防弯器设计和分析的研究十分必要。 海洋柔性立管防弯器的设计分为三个部分,分别是结构尺寸设计、材料选择、连接设计,每个设计部分都需要依据相应的设计准则开展。防弯器的分析同时面临三类非线性问题,尤其以材料非线性最为突出。多年来国内外学者在这两方面做了大量的研究工作。 本文首先总结了防弯器设计的一般流程和步骤,提出了基于失效模式的防弯器设计方法。在此基础上,介绍了变截面梁理论,利用编程语言编译初步设计小软件,并应用到设计中去,结果良好。为了得到更准确的分析结果,利用有限元软件,建立精细的三维立管-防弯器模型,并且着重考虑的材料本构关系中,材料非线性对防弯器的影响。为了解决防弯器应用的局限性,本文提出新概念的曲线型防弯器,并对防弯性能做了分析。最后,本文将设计和分析的理论和模型应用到实例中去,实例来源于我国南海典型海况,应用在1.5千米水深的柔性立管,给出防弯器的设计结果并分析。 本论文的研究工作主要依托国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)“深水油气勘探开发关键技术与装备项目“柔性海底管道关键技术研究”(2012AA090314)课题开展。
[Abstract]:With the wide use of flexible risers in the ocean, the bending device is the key accessory component of the riser, and it is one of the necessary equipment for the development of deep water oil and gas resources in China. It is necessary to study the design and analysis of the bends.
The design of the flexible riser of the marine flexible riser is divided into three parts, which are structure size design, material selection and connection design. Each design part needs to be carried out according to the corresponding design criteria. The analysis of the anti bending device is faced with three kinds of nonlinear problems, especially the non linear material is the most prominent. For many years, the scholars at home and abroad have been in these two aspects. A lot of research work has been done.
This paper first summarizes the general process and steps of the design of the anti bending device, and puts forward the design method of the bending device based on failure mode. On this basis, the theory of the variable section beam is introduced, and the preliminary design of the small software is compiled with the programming language, which is applied to the design, and the result is good. The finite element software is used to get more accurate analysis results. In order to solve the limitation of the application of the bending device, a new concept curve type anti bending device is proposed and the bending resistance performance is analyzed. Finally, the theory and model of design and analysis are applied to the theory and model of the design and analysis. In the example, the example is derived from the typical sea condition in the South China Sea, and the flexible riser is applied in the water depth of 1.5 km. The design results of the anti bending device are given and analyzed.
The research work of this paper is mainly based on the national high technology research and development plan (863 plan) "the key technology research on the key technology and equipment project of deepwater oil and gas exploration and development" (2012AA090314).
