首套出口印尼低温多效海水淡化装置的设计运行

【摘要】：介绍了中国第一台出口印度尼西亚INDRAMAYU 2×4 500 m3/d低温多效海水淡化装置的设计、安装、调试测试等情况,同时给出了工艺建模、设计参数、调试运行结果等。单台装置由7效蒸发器和一个冷凝器组成,蒸发器直径为4.5 m,一字排列,总长度为56 m,中心线高度为7.8 m。采用多效蒸发、多级闪蒸、蒸汽热压缩等自主技术及装备,利用蒸汽热压缩器从冷凝器抽汽,充分提高系统的热效率,第一效蒸发温度为67.5℃,传热温差为3.5℃。装置造水比10,产品水的总固溶物含量10 mg/L。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the design, installation, debugging and testing of the first Chinese INDRAMAYU 2 脳 4 500 m3 / d low temperature multi-effect seawater desalination unit exported to Indonesia. At the same time, the process modeling, design parameters and operation results are given. The single unit consists of a 7-effect evaporator and a condenser with a diameter of 4.5 m, a word arrangement, a total length of 56 m, and a height of 7.8 m.
