波浪载荷下自升式平台升降系统高速轴的疲劳分析

【摘要】:高速轴是自升式钻井平台升降系统输入端的重要传动件,其设计优劣对于整个结构的安全性和可靠性具有重要意义。针对实际项目研发中的高速轴,在ANSYS中建立有限元分析模型,对其进行静强度计算,找出可能发生疲劳破坏的危险点,并利用ANSYS中的疲劳分析模块对危险点进行疲劳分析。计算结果表明,高速轴的疲劳寿命满足使用要求。
[Abstract]:The high speed shaft is an important driving part in the input end of the lifting system of the jack-up drilling platform, and its design is of great significance for the safety and reliability of the whole structure. In view of the high-speed shaft in the development of the actual project, the finite element analysis model is established in ANSYS, the static strength is calculated, and the dangerous point of fatigue failure is found out, and the fatigue analysis module of ANSYS is used to analyze the dangerous point. The calculation results show that the fatigue life of the high speed shaft meets the requirement of application.
