夏季南海北部溶解碳水化合物浓度分布

【摘要】:采用TPTZ(2,4,6三吡啶-s-三嗪,C18H12N6)方法对2015年6月采集的南海北部表层海水,以及珠江口东侧S断面进行了碳水化合物的分析。结果表明,溶解单糖(dissolved monosaccharide,MCHO)、溶解多糖(dissolved polysaccharide,PCHO)及溶解总糖(total dissolved carbohydrate,TCHO)的浓度范围分别是0.22~13.66,1.51~21.02和2.63~26.24μmol C/L。表层海水MCHO、TCHO和PCHO具有相似的分布特点:近岸高,远海低;高值区大多分布在近岸受陆地影响较大的海区。S断面分析表明,该区域海水分层明显,MCHO、TCHO和PCHO分布较为相似,上层浓度高于下层浓度,浓度最高值出现在上层海水,部分站位受珠江冲淡水影响较大。表层海水的Chl a(chlorophyll a)与DOC(dissolved organic carbon)浓度分布大体上也呈现类似特点,不同之处在于水平分布方面Chl a的浓度分布与盐度分布更为类似,垂直分布方面在真光层以下Chl a与DOC的浓度分布无高值区。同时结果也表明二者的浓度分布对MCHO、TCHO和PCHO的分布有较大影响。
[Abstract]:A TPTZ method was used to analyze carbohydrates in the surface waters of the northern South China Sea collected in June 2015 and the S section east of the Pearl River Estuary. The results showed that the concentration ranges of dissolved monosaccharide, dissolved polysaccharide and total sugar (total dissolved carbohydrate TCHO were 0.22 ~ 13.6C ~ (-1) C ~ (-1 / L) and 2.63 ~ 26.24 渭 mol / C ~ (-1 / L), respectively. The distribution characteristics of MCHO TCHO and PCHO in the surface seawater are similar: the near shore is high, the far sea is low, and the high value area is mostly distributed in the sea area. S section analysis shows that the distribution of MCHOTCHO and PCHO in the sea water stratification in this area is obviously similar to that of PCHO. The concentration of the upper layer is higher than that of the lower layer, and the highest concentration appears in the upper sea water, and some stations are greatly affected by the Pearl River flushing fresh water. The concentration distributions of Chl a (chlorophyll a) and DOC (dissolved organic carbon) in surface seawater are similar in general, but the concentration distribution of Chla is more similar to that of salinity in horizontal distribution. In the vertical distribution, there is no high value region of concentration distribution of Chla and DOC below the true light layer. The results also show that their concentration distribution has great influence on the distribution of MCHO TCHO and PCHO.
