广东省跨海桥、隧、岛工程定额研究

【摘要】:跨海工程投资多,技术要求高,施工难度大,管理组织复杂,依托港珠澳大桥主体工程,基于现行交通建设造价体系,从以定额——实物资源消耗形式准确合理反映广东省跨海桥、岛、隧工程直接成本的角度进行实践性研究。《广东省沿海桥梁、沉管隧道、人工岛工程预算补充定额》已由省级交通运输主管部门发布施行,为港珠澳大桥主体工程的投资控制提供了计价依据,也将为我国同类跨海(江)、连岛工程的投资控制、造价确定、成本核算提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The sea crossing project has many investment, high technical requirements, great difficulty in construction, complicated management organization, relying on the main project of Hong Kong, Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, and based on the current transportation construction cost system. From the perspective of direct cost of cross-sea bridges, islands and tunnels in Guangdong Province, the practical research is carried out in the form of ration-material resource consumption. < Coastal Bridges, immersed tunnels in Guangdong Province, The supplementary budget quota for artificial island project has been issued and implemented by the provincial transportation department, which provides the valuation basis for the investment control of the main project of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, and will also be used for the investment control of the similar cross-sea (river) and even island projects in China. Cost determination, cost accounting to provide reference.
