阵列式位移计测试技术在吸入式组合桩力学试验中的应用

【摘要】:阵列式位移计(SAA)应用微电机系统(MEMS)加速度测试仪测量相应的位移,倾斜角和加速度。该方法具有很高的精度,且该系统能够动态跟踪测试,并且可以重复利用。本文介绍了SAA测试系统在吸入式组合桩承载力特性模型试验研究中的应用,该模型试验研究了不同长径比、荷载作用角度和桩间距3个重要因素对桩的斜向承载力的影响。结果表明:SAA测试系统可全面,直观地反映出组合桩模型在不同长径比、荷载作用角度和桩间距的桩体在不同级的荷载下的沿着桩深各点位移情况,而且能较好的显示桩体在极限荷载的情况下位移的突变,为桩体周围土体的极限荷载下的破坏标准的确立提供依据。
[Abstract]:The array displacement meter (SAA) is used to measure the displacement, tilt angle and acceleration with the micromotor system (MEMS) accelerometer. The method has high accuracy, and the system can be dynamically tracked and tested, and can be reused. This paper introduces the application of SAA test system in the model test of bearing capacity of suction composite pile. The influence of three important factors, such as different aspect ratio, load angle and pile spacing, on the oblique bearing capacity of the pile is studied in this model. The results show that the SAA testing system can completely and intuitively reflect the displacement of the composite pile model along different points of pile depth under different load levels with different aspect ratio, load action angle and pile spacing. Moreover, it can show the sudden change of the pile displacement under the limit load, which provides the basis for the establishment of the failure standard of the soil around the pile under the limit load.
