基于正交基分解的磁性目标检测技术研究

【摘要】:基于正交基分解的磁性目标检测技术是近年来兴起的一种新型的磁性目标检测技术。该项技术在军事领域和海洋工程领域有着广阔的应用前景,例如探潜、探测掩埋水雷、勘探海底资源等。本论文分析了正交基分解检测基本原理,通过对正交基分解检测算法与典型数字滤波器的比较,表明正交基分解检测算法对含有磁噪声的磁异常信号具有较好的检测能力。针对高斯白噪声背景下的磁性目标检测,分析正交基分解算法对信噪比的提升作用,提出多通道正交基分解检测算法并对正交基特征时间、目标与探测航线距离进行估计,分析正交基分解算法的检测概率。但是,在实际检测过程中,背景噪声存在非高斯噪声和有色噪声的情况。针对非高斯背景噪声下的磁性目标检测,设计窄带低通约束最小二乘FIR滤波器,提出预高斯化正交基分解检测算法并对检测效果进行了仿真。针对有色背景噪声下的磁性目标检测,采用自回归模型,设计白化滤波器,提出预白化正交基分解检测算法并对检测效果进行了仿真。搭建磁性目标检测试验平台,通过陆上铁磁性目标检测试验,应用正交基分解检测算法将试验测量得到的两种含有高斯白噪声和磁干扰的磁异常信号的信噪比分别提升3.75d B和11.35d B,验证正交基分解检测算法的有效性和实用性,取得了较好的检测效果。最后,针对该论文研究过程中存在的不足之处进行归纳和总结,提出更进一步的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Magnetic target detection technology based on orthogonal basis decomposition is a new magnetic target detection technology developed in recent years. The technology has broad application prospects in military and marine engineering fields, such as submarine exploration, buried mine detection, seabed resources exploration and so on. In this paper, the basic principle of orthogonal basis decomposition detection is analyzed. By comparing the orthogonal basis decomposition detection algorithm with the typical digital filter, it is shown that the orthogonal basis decomposition detection algorithm has a better ability to detect magnetic anomaly signals with magnetic noise. Aiming at magnetic target detection under Gao Si white noise background, this paper analyzes the effect of orthogonal basis decomposition algorithm on improving SNR, proposes a multi-channel orthogonal basis decomposition detection algorithm and estimates the characteristic time of orthogonal basis, the distance between target and detection route. The detection probability of orthogonal basis decomposition algorithm is analyzed. However, in the process of actual detection, there are non-Gao Si noise and colored noise in background noise. For magnetic target detection under non-Gao Si background noise, a narrowband low-pass constrained least squares FIR filter is designed, and a pre-Gao Si orthogonal basis decomposition detection algorithm is proposed and the detection effect is simulated. Aiming at magnetic target detection under colored background noise, a whitening filter is designed by using autoregressive model, and a prewhitening orthogonal basis decomposition detection algorithm is proposed and the detection effect is simulated. Set up the magnetic target detection test platform, pass the land ferromagnetic target detection test, The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of two kinds of magnetic anomaly signals with Gao Si white noise and magnetic interference were improved by using orthogonal basis decomposition detection algorithm, and the signal-to-noise ratio of two kinds of magnetic anomaly signals with Gao Si white noise and magnetic interference were increased by 3.75 dB and 11.35 dB, respectively. The validity and practicability of the orthogonal basis decomposition detection algorithm were verified. Good results have been obtained. Finally, the shortcomings of the research process are summarized and further research direction is put forward.
