上海沿海海雾特征分析

【摘要】:海雾是发生在海上的雾,是上海沿海的灾害性天气之一,多发于冬春季节,常影响航线的正常运行及航运安全。至目前为止,上海沿海因海雾造成的海上事故大约占海上各类事故总数的48%。能见度是海雾发生与否的一个判断标准,一般而言,海上能见度越低,则海上发生事故的概率越高。当能见度≤200m时,极易发生海难事故。本文利用上海沿海仅有的两个具有能见度数据的海洋站观测资料、上海海事局海上事故资料、遥感资料等,讨论了该海域海雾形成的频率变化特征、海雾生消的时空变化规律及持续性特征等。同时运用相关、合成、回归等方法,,研究了上海沿海海雾形成和维持的水文气象条件及影响因素。通过比对雾日,并结合天气图和NCEP再分析资料等,得出了海雾形成期间的主要天气形势及各类形势所占比例。
[Abstract]:Sea fog is one of the disastrous weather along the coast of Shanghai, which usually occurs in winter and spring. It often affects the normal operation of shipping routes and the safety of shipping. Up to now, the sea accidents caused by sea fog along the coast of Shanghai account for 48% of the total number of accidents at sea. Visibility is a criterion for judging whether sea fog occurs or not. Generally speaking, the lower the visibility, the higher the probability of maritime accidents. When the visibility is less than 200 m, it is easy to happen marine accident. In this paper, the frequency variation characteristics of sea fog formation in Shanghai coastal area are discussed by using only two ocean station observation data with visibility data, sea accident data and remote sensing data of Shanghai Maritime Safety Bureau. The temporal and spatial changes and persistence characteristics of sea fog. At the same time, the hydrometeorological conditions and influencing factors for the formation and maintenance of sea fog along the coast of Shanghai were studied by means of correlation, synthesis and regression. By comparing the fog days and combining the weather chart and NCEP reanalysis data, the main weather situation and the proportion of various kinds of situation during the formation of sea fog are obtained.
