黄海绿潮形成过程中漂浮绿藻及微观繁殖体时空分布研究

【摘要】:2007~2013年,我国黄海海域连续7年发生浒苔绿潮灾害,对山东半岛沿岸的生态环境和社会经济造成严重的影响。随着对黄海浒苔绿潮起源研究的不断深入,逐渐把目光聚焦在了黄海南部近海海域,,即苏北浅滩及其附近海域。本论文根据2012年在南黄海绿潮发生发展过程中进行漂浮绿藻及微观繁殖体的跟踪调查,及在江苏近海紫菜养殖区附近海域进行漂浮绿藻和微观繁殖体调查研究,分析了调查区域绿潮的形成发展机制,绿藻微观繁殖体时空分布特征及其对绿潮形成的影响,得出主要结果如下: 1、漂浮绿藻最早出现在4月下旬,仅有少量漂浮绿藻,平均生物量为0.45g/m2。到5月中旬,漂浮绿藻的生物量迅速增加至4.60g/m2,是4月下旬的10倍左右,并且分布面积达到8700km2,总生物量为4.02万吨。随着绿藻的增长,到6月初,漂浮绿藻平均生物量达到9.51g/m2,分布面积达到36400km2,并且总生物量达到34.6万吨。漂浮绿藻首先出现在调查海域南部,随后逐渐的向北漂移,呈现由南向北不断扩张的趋势。 2、黄海绿潮形成过程中漂浮绿藻种类主要是浒苔(Ulva prolifera),还夹杂着缘管浒苔(Ulva linza)和盒管藻(Capsosiphon groenlandicus)。在绿潮形成早期(Ⅰ航段),绿藻中浒苔占的比例已处于绝对优势,所占比例在98%以上;随后,浒苔在漂浮绿藻中的比例一直维持在98%以上。 3、对江苏近海海域的绿藻微观繁殖体调查结果表明,在江苏近海养殖区始终存在绿藻微观繁殖体,单位水体中的繁殖体数量较多。繁殖体在空间分布特征上表现为近岸高外海低,由筏架区向外扩散的分布趋势。其高值区主要出现在紫菜养殖筏架区附近海域,以紫菜养殖筏架区域为中心向外扩散,远岸的数量接近于零。 4、浒苔微观繁殖体的分布规律与绿潮形成发展过程有关,最早在苏北浅滩海域出现,随后分布不断的扩大,并向黄海中部扩展。
[Abstract]:From 2007 to 2013, the green tide disaster occurred in the sea area of Huang Hai in China for 7 consecutive years, which had a serious impact on the ecological environment and social economy along the coast of Shandong Peninsula. With the deepening of the research on the origin of the green tide of Huang Hai's margin, the attention is gradually focused on the south coast of Huang Hai, that is, the northern Jiangsu shoal and its vicinity. Based on the follow-up investigation of floating green algae and micropropagation in the green tide of the South Yellow Sea in 2012, and the floating green algae and micropropagation in the waters near the seaweed culture area in the coastal waters of Jiangsu Province, this paper studied the floating green algae and micro-fecundity in the South Yellow Sea during the development of the green tide in 2012. The formation and development mechanism of green tide, the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of micropropagation of green algae and its influence on the formation of green tide are analyzed. The main results are as follows: 1. Floating green algae first appeared in late April, with only a few floating green algae. The average biomass is 0.45g / m2. By the middle of May, the biomass of floating green algae increased rapidly to 4.60 g / m ~ 2, about 10 times of that of late April, and the distribution area reached 8700 km ~ 2 with a total biomass of 40200 tons. With the growth of green algae, by the beginning of June, the average biomass of floating green algae reached 9.51g / m2, the distribution area reached 36400km2, and the total biomass reached 346000 tons. The floating green algae first appeared in the southern part of the investigated sea area, and then drifted northward, showing a trend of continuous expansion from south to north. 2.
