【摘要】：正当今世界上人口、资源、环境之间的矛盾日益尖锐,开发和利用海洋资源成为扩大人类生存空间的必然选择。科学技术的发展加强了对海洋的探索,大规模发展海洋经济,已成为推动21世纪全球经济发展的强大动力。我国东临大海,是太平洋上的海洋大国,有300万km2的蓝色海洋国土,海洋资源的保护、利用和海洋安全对于我国的发展具有极其重大的意义。在这种形势下,迫切需要提高对开发海洋资源和发展海洋经济的认识。张耀光教授的新著《中国海洋经济地理学》正适合了当前发展
[Abstract]:The contradiction between the population, the resources and the environment in the world is becoming more acute, and the development and use of marine resources have become the inevitable choice to expand the living space of mankind. The development of science and technology has strengthened the exploration of the ocean, and the large-scale development of the marine economy has become a powerful force to promote the global economic development of the 21 st century. The sea in the east of China is a great ocean power in the Pacific. It has a blue ocean land of 3 million km2. The protection, utilization and marine safety of marine resources are of great significance to the development of our country. In this context, there is an urgent need to raise awareness of the development of marine resources and the development of the marine economy.
