离子色谱法测定海洋沉积物孔隙水中7种阳离子

【摘要】:针对海洋沉积物孔隙水高盐分的特性,实验采用稀释法处理水样,以离子色谱法测定其中的Li~+、Na~+、NH_4~+、K~+、Mg~(2+)、Ca~(2+)和Sr~(2+)等阳离子。探讨了仪器的最佳测量条件,特别是试验了不同色谱柱的分析效果,确定使用CS12A分析柱。针对孔隙水的高盐分,考察了稀释倍数为500、200、100、50、20和10时Li~+、Na~+、NH_4~+、K~+、Mg~(2+)、Ca~(2+)和Sr~(2+)的测试效果。结果表明,采用CS12A色谱柱,7种阳离子可以较好分离,校准曲线相关系数均大于0.999 3;孔隙水样品稀释100倍可测试Na~+、K~+、Mg~(2+)和Ca~(2+),稀释20倍可测试Li~+、Sr~(2+)和NH_4~+。方法检出限在0.13~1.14μg/L之间。对孔隙水样品进行精密度考察,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)在0.31%~1.7%之间;按照实验方法对孔隙水样品48GC进行测定,并进行加标回收实验,回收率在90%~107%之间。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of high salinity of pore water in marine sediments, the water samples were treated by dilution method, and the cations such as Li~, Na~, NH_4~, K ~, Mg~ (2), Ca~ (2) and Sr~ (2) were determined by ion chromatography. The optimum measuring conditions of the instrument were discussed, especially the analytical results of different chromatographic columns were tested, and the CS12A analytical column was determined. For the high salt content of pore water, the results of Li~, Na~, NH_4~, K ~, Mg~ (2), Ca~ (2) and Sr~ (2) were investigated when the dilution multiples were 500, 200, 100, 50, 20 and 10:00. The results showed that the seven cations could be separated by CS12A column, and the correlation coefficients of calibration curve were more than 0.999. Na~, K2, Mg~ (2) and Ca~ (2) could be tested by dilution of pore water samples 20 times, and Li~, Sr~ (2) and NH_4~ could be tested by dilution 20 times.
