界面聚合法中空纤维含氟聚酰胺纳滤膜制备与表征

【摘要】:以聚砜(PSF)中空纤维超滤膜为基膜,2,2-二(1-羟基-1-三氟甲基-2,2,2-三氟乙基)-4,4-亚甲基双苯胺(BHTTM)为水相单体,均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)为有机相单体,采用界面聚合方法制备了中空纤维复合纳滤膜,分析了基膜和纳滤膜的微观结构、表面粗糙度、红外光谱和亲水性,讨论了不同反应时间、热处理时间、单体浓度等制备条件对纳滤膜性能的影响.结果表明,当水相1%(w/v)BHTTM、油相0.15%(w/v)TMC和界面聚合时间10s,并在60℃下热处理10 min时,所得纳滤膜具有良好的分离性能,对于无机盐的截留率大小顺序均为Na_2SO_4MgSO_4NaClMgCl_2,纳滤膜表面带负电.
[Abstract]:The polysulfone (PSF) hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane was used as the base membrane. The hollow fiber composite nanofiltration membrane was prepared by interfacial polymerization of 4-methylenedianiline (BHTTMT) as aqueous monomer and benzoyl chloride (TMC) as organic monomer. The microstructure, surface roughness, infrared spectrum and hydrophilicity of substrate and nanofiltration membranes were analyzed. The effects of different reaction time, heat treatment time and monomer concentration on the properties of nanofiltration membranes were discussed.
