烧结钕铁硼表面喷射电沉积多层镍试验研究

【摘要】:作为新能源材料烧结钕铁硼磁体以其优异的磁性能,普遍应用于风电、航空、医疗、工业等领域。然而材料本身易腐蚀失效给各行业带来了巨大损失,因此在基底表面制备膜层来提高自身性能成为重要途径。喷射电沉积具有高效、稳定、可控沉积、晶粒小、操作简单、成本低等优势,通过合理控制各工艺参数(电流密度、扫描速度、PH、流量、温度),可制备出不同结构性能的膜层。本文结合3D打印技术,在喷射电沉积装置平台上,对材料本身和膜层性能方面开展了试验研究。研究的主要内容如下:(1)设计并搭建了自动化喷射电沉积装置。完成了自动控制系统、传动系统、液流循环系统、恒温加热系统和核心零部件设计,解决了以往电沉积手动控制精度低、电镀液交叉污染等问题,精确控制了喷射流量和电解液温度范围,实现稳定可控、且能自动制备厚度均匀且不同结构性能的沉积层。(2)烧结钕铁硼腐蚀机理分析。试验过程无法确认钕铁硼沉积层出现的锈迹、起皮、脱落现象,是由基底各相电位差异引起的。提出在硅表面喷射电沉积试验方案,发现电位不一硅表面沉积层出现不同程度的电解腐蚀,电位一致硅表面沉积层没有电解腐蚀,验证了基底各相电位不一确实造成了钕铁硼腐蚀失效。(3)烧结钕铁硼镍沉积层封孔工艺研究。研究表明:采用硬脂酸锌封孔工艺制备镍层平整性好、平均粒径和表面粗糙度值达到最小值12.4nm、0.241μm、在较大的膜基结合力下,有着很强的耐腐蚀性能,可在标准氯化钠溶液中抗盐雾100h。(4)对烧结钕铁硼多层镍进行试验研究。发现相同厚度多层镍性能优于单层镍。并探究了不同子层厚度对镍沉积层表面形貌、XRD表征、显微硬度、结合力、耐腐蚀之间的影响关系,对整个镍层结构进行了优化。
[Abstract]:As a new energy material sintered NdFeB magnets with excellent magnetic properties, widely used in wind power, aerospace, medical, industrial and other fields. However, the material itself is easy to corrosion to the industry brought huge losses, thus preparing the film on the substrate surface to improve its performance as an important way. With jet electrodeposition efficient, stable, controllable deposition, small grain, simple operation, low cost advantage, by controlling the process parameters (current density, scanning speed, PH, flow rate, temperature), can be prepared by coating different structural performance. This paper combines the 3D printing technology, in jet electrodeposition device on the platform of material the film itself and the performance test was conducted. The main contents are as follows: (1) design and build automation jet electrodeposition device. The completion of the automatic control system, transmission system, liquid circulation system, heating system and The core parts of the design, solves the electrodeposition of manual control precision is low, the plating liquid cross contamination and other issues, the precise control of injection flow and electrolyte temperature range, to achieve stable and controllable, and can automatically prepare the sediment thickness uniformity and different structural properties. (2) analysis of sintered NdFeB test process of corrosion mechanism. Unable to confirm the rust, neodymium iron boron deposits occur the skin off phenomenon, is caused by the potential difference between the base of each phase. Put on the surface of the silicon jet electrodeposition experiment scheme, found a potential surface of silicon deposition layer appeared different degree of electrolytic corrosion, no electrolytic corrosion deposition potential uniform silicon surface layer, verification the base of each phase voltage is not a really caused the failure of NdFeB corrosion. (3) research on sealing hole technology of sintered neodymium iron boron nickel deposition. The results show that: the preparation of nickel layer with good leveling property of zinc stearate sealing process, the average The particle size and the surface roughness value reaches the minimum value of 12.4nm, 0.241 m, in the film substrate larger force, have a strong corrosion resistance, resistance to salt fog in the standard 100h. of Sodium Chloride Solution (4) on the experiment of sintered NdFeB multilayer nickel. The same thickness of multilayer nickel can be found better than that of single nickel. And explore the different sub layer thickness on the nickel layer surface morphology, XRD characterization, microhardness, adhesion, corrosion resistant effect of the relationship between the nickel layer structure was optimized.
