膜分离技术在化学镀镍清洗水回用中的应用

【摘要】:考察了反渗透膜(RO)和纳滤膜(NF)在化学镀镍清洗水处理中的应用,研究了操作温度、运行时间、操作压力及浓缩倍数对产水流速和产水电导率的影响。构建了纳滤-反渗透膜系统,先利用纳滤膜浓缩清洗水,继而以反渗透膜处理纳滤膜产水。该系统在20 ℃,RO操作压力3.5 MPa,NF操作压力2.0 MPa的条件下,可将电导率为5790μS/cm的化学镀镍清洗水浓缩4倍,回收率约75%。
[Abstract]:The application of reverse osmosis membrane (RO) and nanofiltration membrane (NF) in electroless nickel plating cleaning water treatment was investigated. The operating temperature and operation time were studied. The effect of operating pressure and concentration multiple on water production flow rate and water conductivity. A nanofiltration reverse osmosis membrane system was constructed. First the nanofiltration membrane was used to concentrate and clean water.
