多孔复合金属膜的水热法制备及其处理焦化脱硫废液的性能

【摘要】:采用不锈钢基体,以尿素为沉淀剂、硝酸镍为镍源,采用原位生长法在316L金属毡上生长Ni-Fe类水滑石薄膜,随后利用氢气还原的方法制备了多孔复合金属膜,并以焦化脱硫废液为对象,考察了多孔复合金属膜在废水处理方面的性能。利用XRD、SEM、FTIR、压汞仪等仪器对材料的结构和性能进行了表征。实验结果表明,相比于基体,在90℃下水热反应48 h所制备的多孔复合金属膜的过滤精度有了很大提高,孔隙率为45.82%,纯水通量达到5 743 L/(m2·min·MPa),过滤精度为0.324μm。使用该滤膜几乎能完全去除焦化脱硫废液中的悬浮颗粒物质,脱除率在99.99%以上。
[Abstract]:Ni-Fe hydrotalcite films were grown on 316L metal felt by in-situ growth with stainless steel substrate, urea as precipitant and nickel nitrate as source. Then the porous composite metal membrane was prepared by hydrogen reduction, and the performance of porous composite metal membrane in wastewater treatment was investigated by taking the waste liquor of coking desulfurization as the object. The structure and properties of the materials were characterized by means of mercury injection apparatus.
