植物纤维页岩烧结微孔砖的制备及性能研究

【摘要】:采用页岩为基础原料,按照一定的配比添加一定细度的植物纤维(水稻、玉米等农作物的秸秆废弃物)作为造孔剂,经过成型和焙烧等工艺步骤,研发出一种轻质高强、保温隔热性能良好的页岩烧结微孔砖。对材料进行XRD分析,并对烧结样品进行物理性能和SEM分析,结果表明:页岩的化学成分适宜制备页岩烧结微孔砖,烧成温度范围为850~1000℃;随着造孔剂掺量的增加,试件的抗压强度和导热系数降低。
[Abstract]:Using shale as basic raw material and adding plant fiber of certain fineness (straw waste of rice, corn and other crops) as pore-making agent, a kind of light weight and high strength has been developed through molding and roasting. Shale sintered microporous brick with good heat preservation and thermal insulation was analyzed by XRD, physical properties and SEM analysis of sintered samples. The results showed that the chemical composition of shale was suitable for preparing shale sintered microporous brick with sintering temperature range of 850 鈩,
