【摘要】:用回流工艺制备的氧化锆干凝胶粉作为原料,采用非水解溶胶-凝胶工艺结合熔盐法制备氧化锆晶须。借助热重-差热分析、X射线衍射仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜等研究了氧化锆干凝胶粉在NaVO_3熔盐体系中的物相转变过程,探讨了反应前驱体种类、热处理温度及时间等工艺参数对制备氧化锆晶须的影响。结果表明:反应前驱体的活性、热处理温度及时间均对氧化锆晶须的形成有较大影响;以回流工艺下获得的干凝胶粉为反应前驱体,优选热处理温度为900℃、热处理时间为5 h,能够制得平均直径为110 nm,平均长径比大于18且沿[010]方向生长的单斜氧化锆晶须。
[Abstract]:Zirconia whiskers were prepared from zirconia xerogel powder prepared by refluxing process using unhydrolyzed sol-gel process and molten salt method. The phase transition process of zirconia xerogel powder in NaVO_3 molten salt system was studied by field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The effect of heat treatment temperature and time on the preparation of zirconia whisker. The results show that the activity of reaction precursor, heat treatment temperature and time have great influence on the formation of zirconia whisker. Using the xerogel powder obtained under the reflux process as the reaction precursor, the monoclinic zirconia whisker with an average diameter of 110 nm and an average aspect ratio of more than 18 and growing along the direction of [010] can be prepared by heat treatment at 900 鈩,
