废弃电瓷制备轻质隔热材料的结构与性能

【摘要】:电瓷材料在我国应用较广泛,用后的废弃电瓷堆积成山,污染环境。而电瓷废料中含有大量的Al2O3和SiO2,具备合成莫来石轻质材料所需的主要成分,因此本课题以电瓷废料为主要原料合成莫来石轻质耐火材料,以达到回收利用电瓷废料的同时降低轻质耐火材料制备成本的目的。 本文在热力学分析的基础上探讨热处理温度及电瓷废料含量对合成轻质隔热耐火材料的影响。研究内容主要有三方面:(1)以高压电瓷废料为主要原料制备莫来石轻质砖,研究烧成温度、粘土加入量、造孔剂加入量和粒径对莫来石轻质砖性能和结构的影响;(2)以高、低压电瓷废料为主要原料制备轻质骨料,研究烧成温度、电瓷废料加入量、造孔剂种类及加入量对轻质骨料性能和结构的影响;(3)将所制备的轻质骨料应用于轻质浇注料,研究骨料种类及烧成温度对轻质浇注料性能的影响。结果表明: (1)粘土含量为20wt.%、烧成温度为1400℃时,高压电瓷废料制备莫来石轻质砖的性能达到最佳:体积密度1.14g/cm3,,显气孔率61%,耐压强度3.5MPa,300℃时热导率0.223W/(m·K)。 (2)低压电瓷废料含量为60wt.%,烧成温度为1200℃时,低压电瓷废料所造骨料综合性能较好。所得骨料:颗粒强度35.3N、体积密度1.10g/cm3、显气孔率56.6%、堆积密度0.62g/cm3;高压电瓷废料含量为70wt.%,造孔剂选取为糠,且糠的外加量为1000mL/kg,烧成温度为1400℃时,高压电瓷废料所造骨料综合性能较好。所得骨料:颗粒强度42.1N、堆积密度0.60g/cm3、体积密度0.96g/cm3、显气孔率65.8%。 (3)低压电瓷废料加入量增加,低压电瓷浇注料110℃烘后强度随之增大,骨料选用DA70时,低压电瓷浇注料性能较好;骨料选用HA-2、浇注料烧成温度为1400℃时,骨料与基质部分结合紧密,高压电瓷浇注料综合性能较好。
[Abstract]:Electric porcelain materials are widely used in our country. The waste electric porcelain accumulates in mountains and pollutes the environment. The waste material of electric porcelain contains a lot of Al2O3 and Sio _ 2, and it has the main components needed for the synthesis of mullite light weight materials. Therefore, mullite lightweight refractories are synthesized by using electric porcelain waste as the main raw material, in order to achieve the purpose of recovering and utilizing electric porcelain waste and reducing the cost of preparing light refractory materials. On the basis of thermodynamics analysis, the effects of heat treatment temperature and the content of electric porcelain waste on the synthesis of light insulating refractory are discussed in this paper. The effects of sintering temperature, amount of clay, amount of pore-making agent and particle size on the properties and structure of mullite light brick were studied. Effects of kinds and amount of pore-making agents on the properties and structure of lightweight aggregates. The effects of kinds of aggregates and sintering temperature on the properties of lightweight castable were studied by applying the prepared lightweight aggregates to lightweight castables.
