载银陶瓷膜的制备及其抗菌性能

【摘要】:以AgNO_3溶液为Ag源,采用直接浸渍法对Al_2O_3膜表面进行抗菌处理,制备载银陶瓷微滤膜。采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、能量色散X线光谱仪(EDS)及X线光电子能谱仪(XPS)等表征载银陶瓷膜的结构和形貌。结果表明:载银处理对膜的形貌无显著影响,Ag颗粒在膜表面均匀分布,无明显团聚现象;400℃热处理后,Ag以单质形式存在于膜表面,具有良好的稳定性能。以大肠杆菌和金黄葡萄球菌为试验菌种,采用振荡烧瓶法和抑菌圈法测试载银膜的抗菌性能。发现载银膜在大肠杆菌和金黄葡萄球菌培养基上有明显的抑菌圈,杀菌率达到99.99%;对大肠杆菌菌悬液的过滤实验结果表明载银膜的通量衰减幅度小,载银后陶瓷膜的抗菌性能得到显著提高。
[Abstract]:Using AgNO_3 solution as Ag source, the surface of Al_2O_3 film was treated by direct impregnation. The structure and morphology of silver loaded ceramic membrane were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).
