【摘要】:分离机是重油发动机必不可少的前端设备。主要用于船舶动力装置辅助设备,陆用柴油发电机组辅助设备,运输行业的润滑油二次利用净化设备。分离机的作用是对重油或润滑油中所含水分和机械杂质进行清除或净化,保证燃油雾化质量、延长主机寿命。近几年,随着传统能源柴油价格的大幅攀升,燃烧重油成为发动机行业的一个重要发展趋势,为分离机提供了广阔市场前景。本文主要针对的研究对象是KYDH205SD型碟式分离机。论文主要包括以下几个方面的内容:第一,根据市场需要和公司实用开发的角度,分析几种不同的结构和功能的分离机,从而优选一个最优的方案;第二,利用Siemens NX8.5三维造型软件设计出各零件三维造型,然后在三维空间里组装各个零件,在正式二维图纸出来之前就已经解决了零件的干涉问题;第三,有限元分析软件是当今机械产品设计的主流工具,在此利用ANSYS分析软件进行对分离机转鼓的最重要的工作部件做强度的有限元分析及优化,使零部件拥有在设计上稳定的性能和在结构上更优越的布局;最后,充分利用了企业的自身的制造优势,制造出分离机样机,并做性能试验,最后才能够初步确定了设计的合理性。总之,这次的分离机设计,不但使公司从此增加了分离机产品这一项新产品,同时,也在国内分离机技术领域内增加了一款新型的分离机。
[Abstract]:Separator is an essential front-end equipment for heavy oil engine. It is mainly used for auxiliary equipment of marine power plant, auxiliary equipment of diesel generator set for land use, The function of the separator is to remove or purify the moisture and mechanical impurities contained in heavy oil or lubricating oil, to ensure the quality of fuel atomization, and to prolong the life of the main engine. With the price of conventional diesel fuel rising dramatically, burning heavy oil has become an important development trend in the engine industry. The main research object of this paper is KYDH205SD disc separator. This paper mainly includes the following aspects: first, according to the market needs and the perspective of practical development of the company, This paper analyzes several kinds of separators with different structures and functions, so as to select an optimal scheme. Secondly, the 3D modeling software of Siemens NX8.5 is used to design the 3D modeling of each part, and then the parts are assembled in three dimensional space. The interference problem of the parts was solved before the formal two-dimensional drawings were released. Thirdly, the finite element analysis software is the mainstream tool in the design of mechanical products. In this paper, the ANSYS analysis software is used to analyze and optimize the strength of the most important working parts of the drum of the separator, so that the parts have stable performance in design and superior layout in structure. Taking full advantage of the manufacturing advantages of the enterprise, the separator prototype was manufactured, and the performance tests were done before the rationality of the design could be preliminarily determined. In short, the separator design this time, Not only has the company added a new separator product, but also a new type of separator has been added in the field of domestic separator technology.
