黄金电铸层硬度的影响因素探讨

【摘要】:利用X射线光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜以及显微维氏硬度计对电沉积黄金样品进行了分析测试,发现不同电沉积样品其维氏硬度值不同。将不同电沉积样品的晶粒大小、织构系数以及显微维氏硬度值进行了对比,发现当电沉积黄金晶粒小到纳米级时,会出现反常Hall-Petch效应;显微维氏硬度值高的样品(111)晶面具有强的择优取向,硬度最高的电沉积黄金样品可以达到117.0 HV0.2,其(111)晶面的织构系数可以达到70.59%。且织构系数高的样品在扫描显微镜下观察到表面平整度更高。因此,电沉积工艺中可以通过添加剂的使用,来控制晶粒的择优取向,从而得到硬度更高、表面平整度更好的样品。
[Abstract]:By using X-ray spectrometer, scanning electron microscope and micro Vickers hardness meter, the results show that the Vickers hardness values of different electrodeposition samples are different. The texture coefficient and Vickers hardness are compared. It is found that anomalous Hall-Petch effect will occur when the electrodeposition gold grains are small to nanocrystalline, and the high Vickers hardness of the sample has a strong preferred orientation. The highest hardness of electrodeposition gold samples can reach 117.0 HV0.2, and the texture coefficient of the crystal plane can reach 70.59.The samples with high texture coefficient can be observed to have higher surface smoothness under scanning microscope. In the electrodeposition process, the preferred orientation of the grains can be controlled by the use of additives, thus the samples with higher hardness and better surface smoothness can be obtained.
