利用次氯酸钠碱性废水处理硫酸尾气的相关试验

【摘要】:金属冶炼企业每年在生产中产生大量的碱性废水。有大部分来源于余氯吸收后产生大量的次氯酸钠碱性废水,废水处理难度大,费用高。如若直接排放,会对环境造成严重污染,同时也造成资源的浪费。但若用此碱性废水吸收硫酸尾气,可以有效处理企业生产中产生的碱性废水处理。因此本论文(1)分析测定了次氯酸钠废水的主要成份,为碱性废水吸收硫酸尾气提供了基础数据。(2)探讨了次氯酸钠碱性废水脱除二氧化硫的机理,为碱性废水脱除硫酸尾气工艺研究提供了理论依据。(3)通过静态和动态试验,优化了碱性废水(NaC10)脱除二氧化硫的相关工艺条件,优选出适合工业实际的硫酸尾气吸收剂,得到了最优操作参数,为该项目工业化奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:The annual production of alkaline metal smelting enterprises large amounts of waste water in production. There are mostly derived from the residual chlorine to produce sodium hypochlorite alkali wastewater large absorption, wastewater treatment is difficult, high cost. If the direct emissions, will cause serious pollution to the environment, but also a waste of resources. But if the alkaline waste water absorption sulfuric acid tail gas, can alkaline waste water treatment in the production of effective processing enterprises. So this paper (1) the main composition of sodium hypochlorite wastewater were analysed, to provide basic data for alkaline wastewater. The absorption of sulfuric acid tail gas (2) discussed the mechanism of sodium hypochlorite alkali wastewater removal of sulfur dioxide, provide a theoretical basis for the research process of alkaline wastewater. The removal of sulfate (exhaust 3) through static and dynamic test, optimization of the alkaline wastewater (NaC10) process conditions of removing sulfur dioxide, optimized for sulfuric acid industry actual tail The optimum operating parameters of the gas absorbent were obtained, which laid the foundation for the industrialization of the project.
