纤维增强型聚合物水泥防水浆料的制备与性能

【摘要】:聚合物水泥防水浆料(简称JJ防水浆料)既具有聚合物的柔韧性、防水性,又具有水硬性材料强度高和耐水性好的特点。研究了聚合物乳液体系对JJ防水浆料性能的影响,并尝试使用纤维增强防水浆料改善抗开裂性能。实验结果表明:当聚灰比为0.148时,聚合物乳液玻璃化温度(T_g)对抗压抗折强度的影响不明显,但压折比降低;苯丙乳液(T_g为-8℃)与丁苯乳液(T_g为14℃)复合体系比单一聚合物体系用于JJ防水浆料具有更好的综合性能,最优配比为苯丙∶丁苯=2∶3~3∶2。3 mm聚丙烯纤维对涂层动态抗开裂性有明显的提升,并且可解决柔性聚合物水泥基防水材料阴角厚涂开裂的难题,最优用量为0.4%。
[Abstract]:Polymer cement waterproofing paste (JJ waterproofing slurry) has not only the flexibility and waterproofing property of polymer, but also the characteristics of high strength and good water resistance of hydraulic material. The effect of polymer emulsion system on the properties of JJ waterproofing slurry is studied. The experimental results show that the glass transition temperature of polymer emulsion (T g) has no obvious effect on the compressive strength of polymer emulsion when the ratio of polymer to cement is 0.148, but the ratio of compression to fracture is lower.
