PID参数优化整定在母液蒸发中的应用

【摘要】：针对母液蒸发的工艺特点,提出了一种基于I-A Series控制系统的PID参数优化整定方法。该方法基于PID控制回路的经验参数,再利用I-A Series控制系统中的前馈自整定模块,得出优化的PID控制参数,改善了系统的动态特性,提高了稳态精度。通过实际生产应用,该系统完全满足生产工艺要求。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of the evaporation process of mother liquor, a method of optimizing the PID parameters based on I-A Series control system is proposed. The method is based on the empirical parameters of the PID control loop and uses the feedforward self-tuning module in I-A Series control system. The optimized PID control parameters improve the dynamic characteristics of the system and improve the steady-state precision. Through practical application, the system fully meets the requirements of the production process.
