【摘要】:采用有机物凝胶-熔盐法制得片状氧化铝,通过热分析、XRD、SEM、EDS、激光粒度分析等手段,考察了不同有机物、不同助熔剂、不同保温时间对片状氧化铝形貌的影响,并探讨了片状氧化铝的生长机制及其Cr~(3+)掺杂荧光发射性能。结果表明,以聚乙二醇600为有机物凝胶、NaCl和K_2SO_4为助熔剂、1 150℃下煅烧3 h效果最佳,所得片状氧化铝六角形貌完整,分散均匀,平均尺寸13.6μm,径厚比21.4。片状氧化铝晶体生长初期受界面反应控制,后期受螺旋位错控制,随保温时间延长片状氧化铝厚度增厚呈板状结构,x(Cr~(3+))=5%掺杂不同形貌氧化铝荧光光谱表明,片状氧化铝发光强度达到8 000 a.u.,远高于颗粒状氧化铝晶粒。
[Abstract]:The flake alumina was prepared by organic gel-molten salt method. By means of thermal analysis and laser particle size analysis, the effects of different organic compounds, different fluxes and different holding time on the morphology of flake alumina were investigated. The growth mechanism of flake alumina and its Cr~(3) -doped fluorescence emission properties were discussed. The results showed that the best results were obtained by calcining polyethylene glycol 600 as organic gels NaCl and K _ 2SO _ 4 as flux at 1 150 鈩,
