无粘结剂炭材料的工艺研究

【摘要】:国内外研究者主要以沥青中间相小球为单一原料、通过自烧结工艺研制无粘结剂炭材料,相比传统炭石墨材料的生产工艺更加简单,并且其焙烧后的制品致密均匀、性能优异,可以在冶金、航天等领域得到广泛应用。但受限于沥青中间相小球的高昂,且其生产条件苛刻、产出率较低,所以目前尚未实现工业化生产。为降低生产成本、简化工艺流程、提高产出效率,本文选用生石油焦和自制煤沥青基类中间相原料,经制粉、成型和焙烧后顺利研制出优质无粘结剂炭材料,探索了用硝酸对生焦原料进行预处理,和在类中间相原料中引入天然晶型石墨(鳞片石墨)来进一步提升焙烧制品的性能,并就其形成机理展开了分析和讨论。以生石油焦为原料制得样品均优于普通优质炭材料,其体积密度可达1.62g/cm3,抗折强度可达34MPa,抗压强度可达72MPa;经硝酸预处理后样品性能进一步提升,体积密度可达1.64g/cm3抗折强度可达39.6MPa,抗压强度可达81.8MPa。对煤沥青在240℃下预处理120min得到类中间相原料,以此制得样品体积密度可达1.61g/cm3,抗折强度可达78MPa,抗压强度可达152MPa。在煤沥青类中间相原料制备过程中加入天然晶型石墨后制得样品的抗折、抗压强度下降,但导电性与抗氧化性得到提升。其中当石墨添加量为6wt%时,制得样品的抗折强度可达29.8MPa,电阻率仅为46μΩ·m。
[Abstract]:Domestic and foreign researchers mainly use pitch mesophase pellets as a single raw material to develop unbonded carbon materials through self-sintering process. Compared with traditional carbon graphite materials, the production process is simpler, and the calcined products are compact and uniform, and the properties are excellent. It can be widely used in metallurgy, spaceflight and other fields. However, it is limited by the high level of pitch mesophase pellets, and its production conditions are harsh and its productivity is low, so it has not yet been realized in industrial production. In order to reduce the production cost and simplify the technological process, In order to improve the production efficiency, the raw petroleum coke and self-made coal pitch mesophase raw materials were selected in this paper. After pulverizing, forming and roasting, the high-quality non-binder carbon materials were successfully developed, and the pretreatment of coke raw materials with nitric acid was explored. And introducing natural crystalline graphite (flake graphite) into mesophase raw materials to further improve the properties of roasted products, and its formation mechanism was analyzed and discussed. The samples prepared from raw petroleum coke were superior to those of ordinary high quality carbon materials. The bulk density is 1.62g / cm ~ 3, the flexural strength is 34MPa, and the compressive strength is 72MPa. The volume density can reach 1.64g / cm3, the flexural strength can reach 39.6 MPa, and the compressive strength can reach 81.8MPa. the mesophase feedstock can be obtained by pretreatment of coal pitch at 240 鈩,
