化工过程虚拟仿真实验教学模式探索

【摘要】:针对化工专业实验中实验装置体积大、流程复杂、物料和设备损耗大、化学物料易燃和有毒等特点,自主研发了20余套化工专业实验教学虚拟仿真软件,并实现了虚拟仿真实验教学资源共享。按照虚实结合、能实不虚的原则构建了高度仿真的虚拟实验环境,提供了可靠、安全和经济的实验项目。虚拟仿真实验实现了真实实验难以完成的教学功能,提高了学生的计算动手能力和解决实际工程问题的能力。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of large volume, complex flow, large loss of materials and equipment, flammable and toxic chemical materials, more than 20 sets of virtual simulation software for chemical experiment teaching have been developed independently. The sharing of virtual simulation experiment teaching resources is realized. According to the principle of combination of virtual reality and virtual reality, a highly simulated virtual experimental environment is constructed, which provides a reliable method. The virtual simulation experiment has realized the teaching function which is difficult to complete in the real experiment, and has improved the students' ability of calculation and operation and the ability to solve the practical engineering problems.
