混杂纤维混凝土基本力学性能及抗裂抗渗性研究

【摘要】:两种或多种纤维混杂由于能够优势互补在原来的基础上改善了混凝土的各项性能,因而愈加受到人们重视。在提高混凝土性能的同时,将成本控制在较低水平既能节约资源也可减轻工程建设单位的负担。由此本文结合纤维混凝土已有的研究成果,开展玄武岩—聚丙烯腈纤维混杂纤维混凝土基本力学性能及抗渗抗裂性的研究,分析混杂纤维对混凝土的增强作用,以及纤维对混凝土抗渗、抗裂性的影响。(1)以C40混凝土为基准,利用混杂纤维掺量变化与掺配比例变化、粉煤灰与混杂纤维复掺以及粉煤灰、膨胀剂与混杂纤维三者复掺对混凝土基本力学性能进行了研究,并分析了增强机理;(2)利用平板开裂试验,对混杂纤维混凝土早期开裂进行了研究,结果表明混杂纤维与膨胀剂复掺能够明显延迟混凝土开裂时间,减少开裂面积;(3)利用电通量法及毛细吸水试验,对混杂纤维混凝土进行了抗渗性试验,研究混杂纤维、粉煤灰及膨胀剂对混凝土抗渗性的影响,结果表明三者复掺比单独掺加能更有效提高抗渗性。
[Abstract]:Because two or more fibers can complement each other and improve the performance of concrete on the basis of the original, it has been paid more and more attention to. While improving the performance of concrete, Controlling the cost at a lower level can not only save resources but also lighten the burden of engineering construction units. Therefore, this paper combines with the existing research results of fiber reinforced concrete. The basic mechanical properties and anti-seepage and crack resistance of basalt polyacrylonitrile fiber hybrid fiber reinforced concrete were studied, and the reinforcement effect of hybrid fiber to concrete and fiber to concrete impermeability were analyzed. Based on C40 concrete, the content and proportion of hybrid fiber are changed, fly ash and hybrid fiber are mixed and fly ash is mixed with fly ash. This paper studies the basic mechanical properties of concrete mixed with expansive agent and hybrid fiber, and analyzes the strengthening mechanism of concrete. (2) the early cracking of hybrid fiber concrete is studied by means of plate cracking test. The results show that hybrid fiber and dilatant admixture can obviously delay the cracking time of concrete and reduce the cracking area. The permeability of hybrid fiber concrete is studied by using electric flux method and capillary water absorption test. The effect of fly ash and expansive agent on the impermeability of concrete is studied. The results show that the composite admixture of fly ash and expansive agent can effectively improve the impermeability of concrete.
