石墨尾矿混凝土受力和导电性能研究

【摘要】:我国多年的石墨开采遗留大量的尾矿,这些尾矿侵占土地,污染环境,至今未得到有效地开发利用,将石墨尾矿添加到混凝土中,分析石墨尾矿混凝土的强度和导电性。采用正交设计法来研究水灰比、砂率、尾矿砂和颗粒石掺量、短切碳纤维掺量等因素对混凝土的抗压强度、导电性、压敏性和抗冻性的影响,研究石墨尾矿石混凝土能否应用于建筑,道路和桥梁结构。研究结果表明,石墨尾矿混凝土的抗压强度随水灰比、尾矿含量的增大而变小,随短切碳纤维的增大而略微变大。石墨尾矿混凝土的电阻率随石墨尾矿含量、碳纤维含量的增加而变小,反之而变大。在弹性范围内,石墨尾矿混凝土地电阻率随荷载地增大而减小,反之而变大,其压敏特性呈现良好的对应关系。石墨尾矿的添加对混凝土冻融循环后的质量和抗压强度损耗影响较小,碳纤维可以减少砼冻融循环后的质量和抗压强度损失。通过研究分析得出尾矿最佳含量是10%左右,碳纤维最佳含量是0.3%左右。以上研究结果对研究石墨尾矿混凝土地力学和电学,对石墨尾矿混凝土应用到工程结构中,具有一定的意义和实用价值。对石墨尾矿混凝土地力学、电学特性进行系统研究对节省土地利用率,保护环境具有重要的实际意义。
[Abstract]:For many years graphite mining in China has left a large number of tailings which occupy the land and pollute the environment. So far they have not been effectively exploited and utilized. Graphite tailings have been added to concrete. The strength and conductivity of graphite tailings concrete are analyzed. The compressive strength and electrical conductivity of concrete are studied by orthogonal design method, such as water-cement ratio, sand ratio, the content of tailings and granular stone, the content of short cut carbon fiber, etc. The effect of pressure sensitivity and frost resistance on the application of graphite tailings concrete to building, road and bridge structures is studied. The results show that the compressive strength of graphite tailings concrete decreases with the increase of water-cement ratio and tailings content. The resistivity of graphite tailings concrete decreases with the increase of graphite tailings content, and decreases with the increase of carbon fiber content. The earth resistivity of graphite tailing concrete decreases with the increase of the load, whereas the pressure sensitivity of graphite tailings decreases with the increase of load, and the effect of graphite tailings addition on the quality and compressive strength loss of concrete after freeze-thaw cycle is small. Carbon fiber can reduce the loss of concrete quality and compressive strength after freeze-thaw cycle. The optimum content of tailings is about 10%. The optimum content of carbon fiber is about 0.3%. The above results are of certain significance and practical value for studying the mechanics and electricity of graphite tailings concrete, for the application of graphite tailings concrete to engineering structure, and for the geomechanics of graphite tailings concrete. Systematic study of electrical characteristics is of great practical significance in saving land utilization and protecting environment.
