微生物水泥矿化过程受环境中生物的影响

【摘要】:分别从光密度(OD值)、p H值、Ca~(2+)浓度和无机碳含量(DIC)4个方面对环境中生物对微生物水泥矿化过程的影响机理展开研究。结果表明:虽然环境中的微生物能为CaCO_3晶体的沉积提供额外的成核位置,但其自身的生长繁殖、呼吸作用会消耗大量的营养物质,导致试样中p H值和CO_3~(2-)浓度的降低,不利于碳酸钙沉积的析出,造成在工程应用中需要生成大体量的CaCO_3时,速率、效率明显低于无环境中生物时的情形。因此,在微生物水泥技术实际应用中,必须考虑环境中已有生物的影响。试样中仅加入产脲酶菌就可以达到持续生成CaCO_3的目的,建议不加入营养物质以降低刺激环境中生物非矿化反应的风险。
[Abstract]:The effects of the concentration of OD value and the content of inorganic carbon on the mineralization process of microbial cement in the environment were studied respectively. The results show that the microorganism in the environment can be CaCO_3 crystal, even though the microorganism in the environment is CaCO_3 crystal. The deposits provide additional nucleation sites, However, its own growth, reproduction and respiration will consume a large amount of nutrients, which will lead to the decrease of pH value and CO3T _ 2-concentration in the sample, which is not conducive to the precipitation of calcium carbonate deposition, resulting in the rate of producing a large amount of CaCO_3 in engineering applications. Therefore, in the practical application of microbial cement technology, the influence of existing organisms in the environment must be considered. Only adding urease producing bacteria to the sample can achieve the purpose of producing CaCO_3 continuously. It is recommended not to add nutrients in order to reduce the risk of stimulating bioremediation in the environment.
