高品味锰泥中浸出硫酸锰实验研究

【摘要】：采用硫酸亚铁为还原剂,对掺加副产锰泥的硫酸锰母液进行还原浸出进而制得硫酸锰。通过分析搅拌速度、反应温度、反应时间、m(锰泥)∶m(硫酸亚铁)对浸出效果的影响,研究得出硫酸锰浸出的优化条件,即固液体积比为3∶1,电磁搅拌速度为350 r/min,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为2 h,m(锰泥)∶m(硫酸亚铁)为3∶1,该条件下可以制得符合标准的工业级硫酸锰。
[Abstract]:Using ferrous sulfate as reducing agent, manganese sulfate mother liquor mixed with by-product manganese mud was leached by reduction and then manganese sulfate was prepared. The effects of stirring speed, reaction temperature and reaction time on leaching effect were analyzed.
