高品味锰泥中浸出硫酸锰实验研究

【摘要】:采用硫酸亚铁为还原剂,对掺加副产锰泥的硫酸锰母液进行还原浸出进而制得硫酸锰。通过分析搅拌速度、反应温度、反应时间、m(锰泥)∶m(硫酸亚铁)对浸出效果的影响,研究得出硫酸锰浸出的优化条件,即固液体积比为3∶1,电磁搅拌速度为350 r/min,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为2 h,m(锰泥)∶m(硫酸亚铁)为3∶1,该条件下可以制得符合标准的工业级硫酸锰。
[Abstract]:Using ferrous sulfate as reducing agent, manganese sulfate mother liquor mixed with by-product manganese mud was leached by reduction and then manganese sulfate was prepared. The effects of stirring speed, reaction temperature and reaction time on leaching effect were analyzed. The optimum conditions of manganese sulfate leaching were obtained: solid / liquid volume ratio of 3: 1, electromagnetic stirring speed of 350 r / min, reaction temperature of 80 鈩,
