精密陶瓷球加工工艺优化研究

【摘要】:陶瓷材料作为非金属工程材料,在现代机械应用发展中占据越来越重要的地位,尤其是在制作陶瓷球作为轴承的滚动体方面,制作出高性能的陶瓷球轴承,提高了轴承的性能,广泛应用于高速机床、航空航天、非磁性环境、耐高温环境等方面。本论文以氮化硅陶瓷球为研究对象,以提高研磨陶瓷球的加工效率和精度为目标,通过理论研究、有限元仿真相结合,探索氮化硅陶瓷球在加工过程中受到的各项工艺影响,选择工艺优化方式来提高加工效率和精度。本论文的主要研究内容包括:1.了解陶瓷的特性以及陶瓷球轴承的发展历史和在国内外的应用研究。2.陶瓷球的生产困难不仅仅包括对成型球坯的研磨加工,其制备毛坯球也是阻碍应用发展的问题,这里主要介绍国内比较成熟的制坯过程和一些学者的改进方法。3.分析球在加工过程中的研磨轨迹和研磨流程,研究研磨过程中影响加工质量的加工工艺参数和工艺装备。4.通过热态特性分析及热力耦合分析,分析加工过程中在热和力作用下的径向和轴向变动量;通过对陶瓷球在研磨盘中的运动和静力学分析,考虑对研磨板沟槽进行改进,并分析改进之后对球加工的影响。本论文考虑到工艺装备对加工效率和精度的影响,并从实际情况选用合适的加工机床及从实际加工角度对加工进行了改进,确定研究成果的可靠性。
[Abstract]:As non-metallic engineering materials, ceramic materials play a more and more important role in the development of modern mechanical applications, especially in the production of ceramic ball as the rolling body of bearings, the production of high performance ceramic ball bearings, improve the performance of bearings, It is widely used in high speed machine tool, aerospace, non-magnetic environment, high temperature resistance environment and so on. In this paper, silicon nitride ceramic ball is taken as the research object, with the aim of improving the machining efficiency and precision of the grinding ceramic ball, the theoretical research is carried out. Combined with finite element simulation, the effects of various processes on silicon nitride ceramic ball in the process of machining are explored. The main contents of this thesis include: 1. Understanding the characteristics of ceramics and the development history of ceramic ball bearings and their application at home and abroad. 2. Difficulties in the production of ceramic balls. 2. Selection of process optimization methods to improve machining efficiency and accuracy. 1. It's not just the grinding of the molded ball billet, It is also a problem which hinders the development of application. This paper mainly introduces the relatively mature process of billet production in China and the improvement methods of some scholars. 3. The grinding track and grinding process of the ball in the process of processing are analyzed. The process parameters and equipment which affect the processing quality in the grinding process are studied. The radial and axial variations of the processing process under the action of heat and force are analyzed through the analysis of thermal characteristics and thermo-mechanical coupling. By analyzing the movement and statics of ceramic ball in the grinding disk, the improvement of the grooves of the grinding plate is considered, and the influence of the improvement on the machining of the ball is analyzed. In this paper, the effect of the process equipment on the processing efficiency and precision is considered. According to the actual situation, the suitable machining machine tool is selected and the machining is improved from the point of view of the actual processing, and the reliability of the research results is determined.
