造纸白泥掺量对页岩砖性能的影响

【摘要】:为了得到最优性能造纸白泥页岩砖,通过加入不同的造纸白泥掺量(0%、10%、15%、20%)和烧结工艺对页岩砖进行物理、力学试验。研究结果表明,随着造纸白泥掺量的增加,试件的烧失量、收缩率、吸水率增大,体积密度、抗压强度降低,当烧结温度为950℃~1 050℃,白泥掺量控制在15%内时可满足《烧结普通砖》(GB5101-2003)的规定,造纸白泥颗粒粒径小且数量较少时,可以有效降低砖体石灰爆裂的发生。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the best performance of the white mud shale brick, the physical and mechanical tests of the shale brick were carried out by adding different amount of white mud into paper making and sintering process. The results showed that the burning loss of the sample was increased with the increase of the white mud content in paper making.
