溶胶-凝胶分步包裹法制备硅酸锆包裹硫化铈色料

【摘要】:以碳酸锆铵((NH_4)_2ZrO(CO_3)_2)和硅酸钠(Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O)为原料,十二烷基硫酸钠(C_(12)H_(25)SO_4Na)为分散剂,Li F作矿化剂,采取溶胶-凝胶分步包裹法制备ZrSiO_4包裹Ce_2S_3色料。本文研究了制备工艺条件对其合成的影响,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、综合热分析(DTA-TG)等测试手段对实验样品进行表征及分析。实验结果表明:溶胶-凝胶分步包裹法能对Ce_2S_3色料形成较致密的ZrSiO_4包裹层,在750℃的弱还原气氛中煅烧30 min,能合成桃红色的ZrSiO_4包裹Ce_2S_3色料且能使该包裹色料的热稳定性提高到1200℃以上。
[Abstract]:ZrSiO_4 coated Ce_2S_3 pigments were prepared by sol-gel step encapsulation method using ammonium zirconium carbonate (NH _ 4H _ 4) _ 2ZrO _ (2) and sodium silicate Na2SiO _ (3 路9H _ 2O) as raw materials and 12 alkyl sodium sulfate (C _ (12) H _ (12) H _ (12) so _ (4) Na) as mineralizers. The experimental samples were characterized and analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and DTA-TG.
