【摘要】:化学水处理系统是热电厂中一个很重要的组成部分,自然水中含有对设备有害的物质成分,直接利用自然水则会对工厂设备产生腐蚀性的破坏,必须经过处理才能被利用。吉林石化公司动力一厂工业锅炉用水取自松花江,水中含有大量的钙、镁离子。钙、镁离子的含量越高,水的硬度就越高。工业锅炉中有很多细小的铜管,硬度高的热水容易在铜管里面结下水垢,导致铜管堵塞,如果使用药物清洗,则铜管会越来越薄,时间长了容易造成爆管的危险。因此,有必要对锅炉用水进行软化,即降低水的硬度。本文针对吉林石化公司动力一厂化学水处理系统现状,研究了由离子交换法改造为反渗透法后的化学水处理工艺及水处理系统运行维护方案;针对日常运行维护中可能存在的问题提出处理意见,以及为避免安全隐患所采取的措施;对反渗透法在吉林石化公司的应用实例进行简介。最后对全文作出总结。
[Abstract]:Chemical water treatment system is an important part of thermal power plant. The natural water contains harmful substances to the equipment, and the direct use of natural water will cause corrosive damage to the plant equipment. It must be treated before it can be used. The water for the industrial boiler of Jilin Petrochemical Company's power plant is taken from the Songhua River. The water contains a large amount of calcium, magnesium ions, calcium, magnesium ions, the higher the content of calcium and magnesium ions, The higher the hardness of water, the more small copper tubes are in industrial boilers. Hot water with high hardness can easily form scale in copper tubes, causing them to become clogged. If you use medicine to clean them, the copper tubes will become thinner and thinner. It is necessary to soften the boiler water, that is, to reduce the hardness of the water. This paper aims at the present situation of chemical water treatment system in Jilin Petrochemical Company Power Plant No. 1. The chemical water treatment process and the operation and maintenance scheme of water treatment system after the transformation from ion exchange method to reverse osmosis method are studied, and the possible problems in daily operation and maintenance are put forward, as well as the measures taken to avoid the hidden danger of safety. The application of reverse osmosis in Jilin Petrochemical Company is briefly introduced.
