对造纸白泥烧结页岩砖的生产研究

【摘要】：将造纸白泥按照不同的配比与页岩混合后制成砖坯,再采用正交试验法对不同配比、恒温温度和保温时间下的造纸白泥页岩砖的抗压强度和吸水率进行研究。结果表明,最佳参数组合方案为:造纸白泥掺量20%,恒温温度1050℃,保温时间7 h,在此条件下制备的成品砖性能符合GB 50003—2011《砌体结构设计规范》标准要求。生产并广泛应用此砖可大量消耗造纸白泥,减少其对环境污染。
