洁净硝酸镧的制备与纯化

【摘要】:研究了用结晶—重结晶法制备洁净硝酸镧,通过正交回归试验确定硝酸镧制备过程中料液初始酸度、析晶温度、静置时间与产品质量之间的关系,并考察了母液回收循环利用情况。结果表明:采用结晶—重结晶法可以制备洁净硝酸镧,产品中非稀土金属杂质质量分数小于4.0×10-5;热分解试验确定硝酸镧的组成为La(NO_3)_3·6H_2O。
[Abstract]:The preparation of clean lanthanum nitrate by crystallization and recrystallization method was studied. The relationship between the initial acidity, crystallization temperature, standing time and the quality of the product during the preparation of lanthanum nitrate was determined by orthogonal regression test. The recovery and recycling of mother liquor were investigated. The results showed that the pure lanthanum nitrate could be prepared by crystallization and recrystallization, the impurity content of non-rare earth metal in the product was less than 4.0 脳 10 ~ (-5), and the composition of lanthanum nitrate was determined to be La(NO_3)_3 路6H _ 2O by thermal decomposition test.
