以商洛钼尾矿为主要原料制备泡沫陶瓷的研究

【摘要】:以商洛钼尾矿为主要原料、Si C为发泡剂制备高钼尾矿含量的轻质保温隔热泡沫陶瓷。采用万能试验机、XRD、SEM、电子显微镜等分析测试手段,研究原料组成及热处理工艺对泡沫陶瓷结构及性能的影响。结果表明:随着商洛钼尾矿的减少、发泡温度的升高、发泡剂含量的增加及保温时间的延长,均导致泡沫陶瓷的平均孔径增加,体积密度减小,抗压强度降低。最终以8℃/min的升温速度升至1000℃,再以1℃/min升至1140℃,保温20 min,随炉冷却制得体积密度0.33 g/cm3,抗压强度2.6 MPa,平均孔径1.2 mm,气孔分布均匀的高性能轻质保温隔热泡沫陶瓷材料。
[Abstract]:Light thermal insulation foam ceramics with high content of molybdenum tailings were prepared from Shangluo molybdenum tailings as foaming agent. The effects of raw material composition and heat treatment process on the structure and properties of foamed ceramics were studied. The results showed that with the decrease of molybdenum tailings, the increase of foaming temperature, the increase of foaming agent content and the prolongation of holding time, The average pore size increased, the volume density decreased, the compressive strength decreased, and the heating rate of 8 鈩,
