一种CO优先氧化催化剂的制备及表征

【摘要】:采用普通化学浸渍法和超声浸渍法分别制备了负载Pt质量分数为0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的Pt/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂,并对其结构进行表征。研究了制备条件和反应条件对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,超声浸渍法制备的负载Pt质量分数为1%的催化剂在氧碳比(n(O_2)/n(CO))为1.5,空速(VHSV)为6000~9000h~(-1),反应温度为120~140℃条件下,可以在较长时间内将出口的CO体积分数降至10×10~(-6)以下。
[Abstract]:Pt/ 纬 -Al _ 2O _ 3 catalysts supported on 0.5% Pt and 2.0% wt% Al _ 2O _ 3 were prepared by chemical impregnation method and ultrasonic impregnation method, respectively. The structure of the catalysts was characterized. The effects of preparation conditions and reaction conditions on the performance of the catalysts were studied. The supported Pt catalyst with 1% mass fraction prepared by ultrasonic impregnation can reduce the volume fraction of CO in export to 10 脳 10 ~ (-6) ~ (-1) in a long time under the conditions of oxygen to carbon ratio (O _ (2) / n ~ (-1)) = 1.5, space velocity (VHSV) = 6 000 ~ (9 000) h ~ (-1) ~ (-1) and reaction temperature (120 ~ 140 鈩,
