硫酸盐环境下煅烧煤矸石粉在混凝土中的作用

【摘要】:采用硫酸钠溶液长期浸泡法,以质量损失率、抗压强度、抗压强度变化率以及劈裂抗拉强度为评价指标,研究了硫酸盐环境下煅烧煤矸石粉在混凝土中的作用。结果表明:煅烧煤矸石粉等质量取代10%、20%、30%的水泥,浸泡至10个月,各试件的质量损失率随浸泡龄期增加均呈现减小的趋势,浸泡10~14个月,其质量损失率随掺量的增加而降低,且明显低于标准组;浸泡14个月时,不同取代率的煅烧煤矸石粉试件的劈裂抗拉强度和抗压强度均大于标准组,其抗压强度增加率分别为17.2%、22.4%、38.2%,而标准组混凝土试件的抗压强度下降率为51.5%,表明增加煅烧煤矸石粉掺量,明显有利于改善混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。
[Abstract]:The method of soaking sodium sulfate solution for a long time was used to evaluate the quality loss rate, compressive strength, compressive strength change rate and splitting tensile strength. The effect of calcined coal gangue powder in concrete under sulphate environment was studied. The results showed that the mass loss rate of each sample decreased with the increase of immersion age when the cement was replaced by 10% 10% coal gangue powder and immersed for 10 months. After soaking for 10 ~ 14 months, the mass loss rate decreased with the increase of the content and was obviously lower than that of the standard group, and the splitting tensile strength and compressive strength of the calcined coal gangue powder samples with different substitution rates were higher than those of the standard group after soaking for 14 months. The increase rate of compressive strength is 17.2 / 22.4and 38.2, respectively, while the decrease rate of compressive strength of the standard group is 51.5, which indicates that increasing the content of calcined coal gangue powder can obviously improve the sulphate resistance of concrete.
