蚀变岩型金矿尾矿火山灰性能的活化及应用研究

【摘要】:为了进一步探索硅质尾矿火山灰性能的活化方法,以蚀变岩型金矿尾矿为主要原料,采用活性指数测定的方法,研究粉磨细度、助磨剂、化学活化剂对尾矿火山灰性能的影响。通过对水化样品的X射线衍射分析和电子探针分析,查明了尾矿在水泥水化中的作用,并对活化尾矿的应用性能进行了实验研究。研究结果表明,机械粉磨能够有效提高尾矿的火山灰性能,当尾矿比表面积超过400m2/kg时,28d活性指数可达到65%以上;硬脂酸钠助磨剂和氯化钙活化剂的添加均有利于活性指数的提高;活化尾矿在水泥水化过程中主要起"晶核"作用,可促进水泥的水化,并参与部分水化反应;当活化尾矿用量小于40%时,可用于制备FC A03(JG/T 266-2011)等级的发泡水泥。
[Abstract]:In order to further explore the activation method of volcanic ash properties of siliceous tailings, the grinding fineness and grinding aids were studied using altered rock type gold tailings as the main raw materials, using the method of activity index measurement. The effect of chemical activator on the performance of pozzolanic ash from tailings was investigated by X-ray diffraction and electron probe analysis of hydrated samples. The application performance of activated tailings is studied experimentally. The results show that mechanical grinding can effectively improve the pozzolanic performance of tailings, and when the specific surface area of tailings exceeds 400m2 / kg, the activity index can reach more than 65% for 28 days. The addition of sodium stearate grinding aids and calcium chloride activators is beneficial to the increase of the activity index, the activated tailings play the role of "crystal nucleus" in the hydration of cement, which can promote the hydration of cement and participate in the partial hydration reaction. When the amount of activated tailings is less than 40, it can be used to prepare foamed cement of FC A03 JG / T 266-2011.
