淄博宏大陶瓷有限公司企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:中国的陶瓷行业虽然经过了几代人、几十年的发展,但到目前为止仍然是以数目众多的中小企业为主体构成的行业。面对国内外日益激烈的竞争形势,中国的陶瓷企业如何发展壮大,管理模式如何改进,这都将引发陶瓷行业从业者更多的关注和思考。本文以淄博宏大陶瓷有限公司企业文化建设为研究对象,通过对淄博宏大陶瓷有限公司的企业文化进行深入分析,进而提出企业文化建设改进的相应的建议:在企业内加强对企业文化理论知识的学习,要基于企业和行业发展现状对企业进行客观的企业文化测评,在测评基础上探讨文化与战略如何更好地耦合,根据现实情况适当地进行文化变革,增加人文关怀;发挥公司管理部门的企业文化建设作用,动员全员参与,增设沟通渠道,通过分配股权等方式加大对中层管理者的激励。从管理学视角出发,通过剖析其企业文化,结合其十余年的发展历程,希望为中国同类型的陶瓷类中小企业的长远发展提供借鉴。本论文一共分五章:第一章介绍了写作背景、国内外研究动态现状、研究思路和方法。第二章阐述了企业文化概念及相关理论。第三章主要对淄博宏大陶瓷有限公司企业文化建设现状进行了总体描述。第四章对淄博宏大陶瓷有限公司企业文化建设过程中存在的主要问题进行了归纳和分析。第五章针对淄博宏大陶瓷有限公司企业文化建设中存在的问题提出相应的改进措施。本文的研究结论:根据淄博宏大陶瓷有限公司企业文化的建设现状,结合企业文化的相关理论。本文认为淄博宏大陶瓷有限公司在企业文化建设方面取得了一定的成绩,但也存在一定的问题。淄博宏大陶瓷有限公司从哲学层面确定了企业的发展方向,明确了“通过积累财富实现人生价值”的企业价值观,提炼出“团结、实干、开拓、卓越”的企业精神,确立了“利益服从道德”的企业道德,提出了对员工进行“德商”教育的新理念,在实践中完善了各项制度文化。但也存在着文化建设滞于文化发展的需求、企业文化变革存在阻力和障碍、文化建设缺乏有效手段等主要问题和挑战。最后经过分析研究提出成立专门的企业文化建设队伍等解决措施,进而提升企业文化建设的水平,增强企业的核心竞争力。
[Abstract]:Although the ceramic industry in China has been developed for several generations and decades, it is still an industry composed of a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises up to now. In the face of the increasingly fierce competition situation at home and abroad, How to develop and expand the ceramic enterprises in China and how to improve the management mode will lead to more concern and thinking of the ceramic industry practitioners. This paper takes the enterprise culture construction of Zibo Grand Ceramics Co. Ltd as the research object. Through the in-depth analysis of the corporate culture of Zibo Grand Ceramics Co., Ltd., the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the improvement of the corporate culture construction: strengthening the study of the theoretical knowledge of the corporate culture in the enterprise, On the basis of the present situation of enterprise and industry, we should evaluate the enterprise culture objectively, discuss how to better couple culture and strategy on the basis of evaluation, properly carry out cultural reform according to the actual situation, and increase humanistic care. Give full play to the corporate culture construction of the management department of the company, mobilize the whole staff to participate, establish the communication channel, increase the incentive to the middle manager through the way of distributing the stock right, from the management angle of view, through the analysis of its enterprise culture, Combined with its development course of more than ten years, I hope to provide reference for the long-term development of the same type of ceramic medium and small enterprises in China. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter introduces the background of writing, the domestic and foreign research dynamic situation. The second chapter describes the concept of corporate culture and related theories. Chapter 3 mainly describes the current situation of Zibo grand ceramics co., Ltd. The fourth chapter gives a general description of Zibo grand ceramics limited. The main problems in the process of corporate culture construction are summarized and analyzed. Chapter five puts forward the corresponding improvement measures for the problems existing in Zibo grand ceramics co., Ltd. Discussion: according to Zibo Grand Ceramic Co., Ltd.'s enterprise culture construction status quo, Combined with the relevant theories of corporate culture, this paper thinks that Zibo Grand Ceramics Co., Ltd. has made some achievements in the construction of corporate culture. But there are some problems. Zibo Grand Ceramics Co., Ltd. has determined the development direction of the enterprise from the philosophical level, defined the enterprise values of "realizing the value of life through accumulating wealth", refined out "unity, practice and development," The enterprise spirit of "excellence" establishes the enterprise morality of "benefit subordination from morality", and puts forward a new idea of educating employees with "morality and business". In practice, various institutional cultures have been perfected, but there is also a need for cultural construction to lag behind the development of culture, and there are obstacles and obstacles to the change of corporate culture. The main problems and challenges of cultural construction are lack of effective means. Finally, through the analysis and study, the author puts forward some solutions such as setting up a special team of enterprise culture construction, so as to enhance the level of enterprise culture construction and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
