工艺参数对石英砂透水砖性能影响的试验研究

【摘要】:石英砂透水砖是以石英砂为骨料,将长石和黏土混合后掺入水玻璃配制高温粘结剂,经高温烧制而成。通过性能测试和显微结构分析研究工艺参数对石英砂透水砖性能的影响。结果表明:随石英砂粒径的减小、水玻璃掺量适量增加和成型压力的增大,透水砖的强度提高,透水系数减小;在700~1000℃范围内,随烧成温度升高,透水砖强度提高,透水系数略有增大;适当延长余热保温时间有助于透水砖强度和透水性的提高。经高温粘结剂综合热分析,确定在1000℃条件下烧成透水砖最合适。
[Abstract]:Quartz sand permeable brick is made of quartz sand as aggregate, mixing feldspar and clay and adding water glass to prepare high temperature binder. The effect of process parameters on the properties of quartz sand permeable brick was studied by means of performance test and microstructure analysis. The results showed that with the decrease of quartz sand particle size, the amount of water glass increased and the molding pressure increased. The strength of the permeable brick increases and the permeability coefficient decreases, and the strength of the brick increases with the increase of sintering temperature, and the permeability coefficient increases slightly in the range of 700 鈩,
