均一粒径二氧化钛微球的合成及性能

【摘要】:以Ti Cl_4为原料,采用沉淀法制备出均一粒径的Ti O_2微球。利用XRD、SEM、TG,反射光谱仪对Ti O_2微球进行了结构表征与性能测试。考察了尿素用量、溶剂种类和用量、Ti Cl_4浓度、羟丙基纤维素(HPC)质量浓度和合成时间对制备Ti O_2微球的影响。Ti O_2微球的最佳合成条件为:c(Ti Cl_4)=0.2 mol/L,V(水)∶V(正丙醇)=1∶3,n(尿素)∶n(Ti Cl_4)=6∶1,HPC的质量浓度为0.85 g/L,90℃下反应80 min,焙烧温度为500℃。在此条件下,Ti O_2微球产率87.9%,其粒径可达2~3μm。以该Ti O_2微球制备干化学体外诊断试剂的反射、扩散双功能层,结果表明:在400~780 nm可见光范围内,双功能层的光反射率达90.7%以上。血清经双功能层扩散至试剂层,反应后形成的斑点颜色均一,表明血清经此双功能层扩散均匀且重复性好。
[Abstract]:TIO _ 2 microspheres with uniform particle size were prepared by precipitation method using Ti Cl_4 as raw material. The structure and properties of TIO _ 2 microspheres were characterized by means of XRD-SEMM-TG and reflectance spectrometer. The amount of urea, the type and amount of solvents and the concentration of Ti Cl_4 were investigated. Effect of concentration and Synthesis time of hydroxypropyl Cellulose on the preparation of TIO _ 2 Microspheres. The optimum synthesis conditions of TIO _ 2 microspheres are as follows: Cl_4)=0.2 / L / V (water: 1: 3).
